Develop yourself.

Develop your leadership.

Develop your team.

We are executive coaches focused on founders, executives, technical leaders and leaders with ADHD.

Who We Help

Early and Mid-Stage Founders

The founders’ journey can be a lonely one. We have coached many leaders across company stage, but first and foremost, we are founders ourselves. We provide coaching support from a perspective that understands and appreciates the challenges that come when scaling your company and evolving your culture.

Engineers in Leadership

We love helping engineers in leadership. Whether our clients are in the founder role, executive role or technical management, we believe engineers make tremendous people leaders. Leadership asks us to learn how to get the most out of our team rather than be the source of the value creation. We can help you with the human dynamics at play.

Leaders with ADHD

ADHD leaders have unique challenges. We provide group coaching, accountability coaching and training on ADHD for leaders. We love helping professionals with ADHD learn more about how their minds work. We work with our ADHD clients to develop personalized toolkits to manage symptoms, and structure to support consistency.

How We Help

Individual Coaching

Coaching is support to develop yourself into the leader you know you can be. When you work with a coach, you have a dedicated resource to thelp you understand how you are making meaning, how you are constructing emotions, helping you see where you have agency.

We work with coaching clients to help them increase intentionality, awareness, mindfulness, and impact across work and life.

Training and Development

We offer individual training and a workshop for groups interested in building awareness about ADHD inside the workplace

Group Coaching

Group coaching is a container where we facilitate a group of peers around topics that help us deepen our expertise, connect and share wisdom.

Currently we offer a bi-monthly group coaching program for professionals with ADHD.

Who We Are

Virginia and Casey have worked together for the past decade in startups applying software to commerce challenges in both online and brick and mortar retail.

Coaching played a pivotal role in their personal and professional development and they believe that helping leaders navigate the challenges of life is a sacred role. When the pandemic created an opportunity to reassess where they wanted to apply their experience they both gravitated towards helping others.

In the years since receiving coach training, they have repeatably heard their technical perspective and startup backgrounds are incredibly valuable. Clients appreciate the deep understanding of their work and challenges. For many of their clients, there is comfort in being seen fully by someone who has wrestled with similar problems.

A large portion of the work Casey and Virginia do relates to building cohesive and productive working relationships across neurodiverse teams. Allowing people to work differently, improving communication and celebrating new ways of thinking can reduce friction and spur innovation.

They believe putting work into your personal growth is one of the best investments you can ever make.

Virginia Bauman

Cofounder

Virginia graduated with a Bachelor of Science in software engineering from Virginia Tech and has been building companies ever since. Since 2008 Virginia has cofounded three businesses across the spectrum of venture-backed to small business, gone through two successful M&A processes and held executive positions in companies that scaled up to 400 people. She is a certified coach and uses the breadth of her experience to help her clients creatively confront the challenge of inhabiting the crucible of leadership.

Her identity plays no small part in her coaching, and she believes a leader’s identity has a big part to play in their leadership. She coaches from the belief that our deeply personal inner work is our leadership foundation. She supports leaders building increasingly supportive organizations for underrepresented people. She has been coaching executives across early to late stage companies since 2020.

After building companies in San Francisco and Los Angeles, Virginia is coaching and living with her family in the Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina. She coaches through Reboot Inc.

Casey Gipson

Cofounder

Casey has spent the last decade plus in software engineering at early stage startups. Times of hyper growth, uncertainty and change can be exciting, rewarding and exceptionally difficult all at the same time. Like many leaders who find themselves in these situations, Casey sought the help of a leadership coach. Coaching helped him stay rooted in reality, focused on self-improvement and held accountable.

Casey’s experience with a coach led him to becoming a coach himself. In 2022 he completed a 6 month ICF certified coach training program through evolution coaching. Self-diagnosed with ADHD Casey has immersed himself in learning more about how ADHD and executive functions have shaped his own career. The result of his journey is a heightened awareness of how these factors continue to shape and challenge the clients and organizations he works with. While this is just one tool to bring into coaching sessions it’s becoming an increasingly valuable foundation for growth.

Technical Background

  • Our career has spanned software engineering to leadership.
  • We successfully built teams of engineers simultaneously dedicated to craftsmanship and business value creation.

Neurodiverse Approach

  • We consider how other brains work and how diverse brains can work better together.
  • We help you discover new tools, techniques and mindsets to overcome neurodiverse challenges.
  • We believe community and neurodiversity go hand in hand.

“I’m most proud of building a high performance team without having to be someone I’m not. We explored who I am, and used that to craft a unique style of leadership that led to high performance and high morale. Virginia helped me build the skillsets required to move from engineer to CTO. I’m a lot more confident in myself. I now believe that I’m capable of having the difficult conversations.”
